senior leadership lacks vision. middle management tries to compensate for it but can only go so far. but excel at looking after their teams.

compensation needs to be adjusted to market values again for teams outside the Americas.

emea office has an amazing bond in the team, regularly doing things together, very open and supportive environment.

regular socials, not a lot of politics in teams
People want to help. The most loyal people are the ones who’ve been there the longest and remember what was.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
although concept of authentic / social content is here to stay, new customer adoption has slowed down - the fast and winning early adopters are successful, but tier 2 and tier 3 brands are much slower to adopt and need a lot more handholding
