concept overall is still new to many, but company addresses big issues and thus creates valuable solutions; but market adoption slowed down with changes in industry & noise from competition. though more players are trying to get in, this is still the best in class solution in the market

compensation needs to be adjusted to market values again for teams outside the Americas.

emea office has an amazing bond in the team, regularly doing things together, very open and supportive environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
senior leadership lacks vision. middle management tries to compensate for it but can only go so far. but excel at looking after their teams.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
although concept of authentic / social content is here to stay, new customer adoption has slowed down - the fast and winning early adopters are successful, but tier 2 and tier 3 brands are much slower to adopt and need a lot more handholding
