Leaders are willing to get down and do the work that everyone else is doing, when something is wrong with the team they step in to figure out what needs to be done to make it better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
One of the only jobs I know that pay rate is based on productivity that encourages employees to do well and take care of themselves without owing anything to the company but also allows the employee to do well for themselves via benefits.
What makes you most happy at work?
That it's not a job I dread doing, despite others might not like the work it's not a job where you sit and watch the clock. You have time to do your job and break for a breath to reset and get back to it and you never have to take it home.
