Everyone is encouraging and helpful in your training and learning. There's a LOT to learn, but there's always help.
Strong leadership that does what is promised and walks the walk.

Running a large organization, be intentional about strategy and explaining in specifics, and overall culture
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Annual incentive pay as well as benefits arrangement are designed to retain employees. Health care insurance has been very easy to work with.
