Oldcastle is a terrible place to work. Get out as soon as you can, better yet, don't work there at all.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager was nice, but the process took forever.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hire people to fill the open and much need positions. Actually care about their employee's quality of life.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is expected that you will work above and WAY beyond the typical 40 hrs/week, with little down time for little pay.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The sales team is spread too thin. We can't possibly keep up with the work load and need more bodies. There aren't enough hours in the day to get it all done and we end up working late, coming in super early, or taking it home and still can't get caught up.
