Mr. Pat D. Dawson has been Executive Vice President at Olin Corporation since October 5, 2015 and has been its President of Epoxy and International since October 5, 2015. He served as President of Polyurethanes of Dow Chemical Co. since January 2004. Mr. Dawson began his career in 1980 in the Market Development Program in the New York Sales Office. Following a series of Sales and Marketing positions in Performance Products, he served as Group Marketing Manager of Emulsion Polymers North America since 1991. He served as Business Manufacturing Manager of Fabricated Products since 1994 and assumed additional roles of Global Business Director at Engineered Laminates. since 1996, Mr. Dawson served as Commercial Director of Specialty Chemicals in the Pacific area and was located in Hong Kong. In 1999, he served as Business Director at the Global Polyglycols Business and he relocated in Midland. He served as Business Vice President of the Oxide Derivatives Global Business Unit and Business Director of Oxygenated Solvents since 2000. Mr. Dawson received a Bachelor Degree in Agronomy in 1979 and a Masters in Agricultural Economics/Management from Purdue University in 1980.
