Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Yes. Hours are not given as they are promised, which leads to not being there long enough to serve tables to compensate for hourly wage. Stop hiring so many workers over good existing employees.

I’m a server so I live off of my tips which come from the guests not my company. I’m not happy with my tips therefore I’m not happy with how I’m valued by my customers, not Olive Garden. However, I feel my company could fix this by making gratuity included

I show up and not one person in my department out works me. I'm always getting called in because someone is always calling out. I feel like I could use a better position and a raise. If you all talked to any of my employees they would say, why do you work so hard there is no point. Know one cares.
