The leadership team is all over the place. I feel like they don't work together and they don't have the same expectations of the staff. The staff feels under appreciated because their is no room for growth in the company. It's disappointing.

To follow through and make these lazy employees work to some kind of better standard of work. 2 out of 10 employees have the work ethic. That means 80 percent of workers whine and cry about having to do any basic work. Forget about asking them to do any extra work.
