Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Raise the hourly wage for servers.

Ive left my jobs here for previously stated reasons, i believe the management team needs to be held more accountable and servers deserve more compensation than they get.

Yes i am undervalued and i deserve more pay.

Definitely pay is the main source, the fact that we have to do other things aside from our assigned jobs which we get paid minimum wage they expect us to fulfill other expectations higher than my pay grade

Managers put you down and treat tou bad, eveen when you do everything they ask of you. Suppose to have my review in july its Dec and nothing

Wrongful termination and just suspended for no good reasons. Gaslighting and turning things against me to look like the bad employee.

Paid 12 an hour, company minimum wage after being there a year and paid higher than the minimum before the new minimum took effect

I feel sickened with some of the people who manage and the complete lack of integrity and emotional intelligence they display.

I feel like bussers should be paid more so that I could keep my hard earned tips. Especially since I bussed most of my own tables in order to have more customers sat at my tables.

just a higher hourly pay, i get servers all make the same but the amount of work needs to be compensated a little more
