Many things. Management and workload are the primary issues. Please hire more staff to ease the pressure on employees, and listen to their needs and requests. I'm not sure it can be improved without a serious change in direction from management.

If they switched out that one manager and stopped increasing the workload on servers i think this location would do better
I have now waited over 10 days while they conduct an "investigation" due to my reporting of sexual harassment from another bartender I work closely with as well as theft of my wallet ($800 in tips stolen) which only led to me being "fired".

Commitment to the customers but not at the cost of employees
Some items on the menu rarely get ordered or always get complaints. Listen to your employees! Judging waitresses on numbers is degrading, even if you had a great day and everything was correctly done your manager is disappointed and only has negative things to say. Change it.
