Making expectations clear before employees are reprimanded for executing actions that were unknowingly incorrect.

Taking action when a problem is brought up and not just laughing in my face. They need to make sure that they take things seriosly so problems like mine wont happen again.

Ive left my jobs here for previously stated reasons, i believe the management team needs to be held more accountable and servers deserve more compensation than they get.

Yes i am undervalued and i deserve more pay.

Definitely pay is the main source, the fact that we have to do other things aside from our assigned jobs which we get paid minimum wage they expect us to fulfill other expectations higher than my pay grade

We need to work as a team. Everyone needs to pull their weight. You won't always like the people you work with but while at work you are their for the guests. Communication is a key part in every job.

One big improvement needed is the understanding of your area is your my area is mine. While it is okay to help coworkers with theirs stations codependency is not acceptable and the lack of surveillance in store is unacceptable as I have been assaulted at that job not once but twice.

Take accountability, be prepared for consequences. Be a part of the solution, not the problem.

Coworkers are only an issue when they know they are "special" and they think they have authority over you or that they are superior to you.

Be aware of what the individual is even applying for before sticking anywhere you got a hole to fill

Better comunication , better way to explain how the schedule of work is made

Having management team practice professionally

Many things. Management and workload are the primary issues. Please hire more staff to ease the pressure on employees, and listen to their needs and requests. I'm not sure it can be improved without a serious change in direction from management.

If they switched out that one manager and stopped increasing the workload on servers i think this location would do better
