Has a lot of coverages, a company with over 2,000 employees I'm surprised the employee portion isn't a lot cheaper.

It's great an good benefits
We have decent medical benefits and yearly raises that almost keep up with inflation.
They could provide more paid holidays and a better 401k match.
Pay could be better. Benefits aren't great.

The best things about my team are how much we push and challenge each other. We are constantly discussing, bouncing ideas off one another, and helping each other be the best version of ourselves every day. I also love how accepting they are and how you always feel comfortable to be your true self.

There's a lot of us vs them mentality when it comes to managers and their employees. But also with the people who work in the plant vs the people who work in the office. We are all a part of the same team and we need to act that way.
We had a good conversation, reviewed some drawings and toured the shop then went to lunch.
