No micro managing and everyone seems to along with each other.

A great environment and a good group of people to work with.

We had a good conversation, reviewed some drawings and toured the shop then went to lunch.

Very open to suggestions and willing to get just about anything I need to properly perform my job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Has a lot of coverages, a company with over 2,000 employees I'm surprised the employee portion isn't a lot cheaper.
