Mr. Daniel S. Johnston, also known as Dan, has been the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Omnicell, Inc. since February 2015. Mr. Johnston has been an Executive Vice President and Company Secretary of Omnicell, Inc. since March 2012 and served as its General Counsel since November 26, 2003 until February 2015. Mr. Johnston has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Humboldt State University.
