Nhat H. Ngo — Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Omnicell

Mr. Nhat H. Ngo has been an Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for Omnicell, Inc. since March 2012. Mr. Ngo served as Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at Omnicell, Inc. from November 2008 to March 2012. From January 2007 to October 2008, Mr. Ngo led strategic business development for a business unit of Covidien. He served as Vice President of Business Development and Licensing at Covidien. Mr. Ngo served as Executive Vice President, Business Development & Planning and General Counsel of Britesmile Inc., from November 2004 to April 2006. Mr. Ngo served as the Chief Operating Officer of BriteSmile Development, Inc., a subsidiary of Britesmile Inc., from April 2003 to April 2006, where he was responsible for its research and development efforts and to manage its intellectual property portfolio. He also served a number of senior management positions at Britesmile Development, Inc., from 1999 to 2006. He joined Britesmile Inc., in June 1999 as Director of Sales and served there until April 2006. Mr. Ngo served as Vice President and National Sales Director for Britesmile Inc., from 2000 to 2003 and executed an aggressive sales campaign to expand the dental distribution channel. He served as Executive Vice President of Business Development and General Counsel of BSML, Inc. since November 2004. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board of Launchpad Digital Health. Mr. Ngo practiced corporate law at Shaw Pittman in Washington DC from September 1997 to June 1999. Mr. Ngo graduated with a B.S. degree in Commerce with a concentration in Finance from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce and holds a JD degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
