Harrassment, unfair workplace, retaliation, underpaid, overworked, no work-life balance, employees are not appreciated or cared for but instead used ans abused. So much mentral stress to deal with you will need anxiety/depression medication to cope. Dont know how they are still allowed to operate.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Fair workplace, consistency with every employee not jus those they like, more positivity, be a team not except those in the branches to do it all. Promote those who deserve it and pit in the work for it not the ones who do nothing but can sweet talk.
