What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers are very encouraging and helpful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everybody is very helpful. They all listen to concerns and address them accordingly.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my customers and being able to help them achieve financial goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The commission is out of this world. The only downfall is that it is taxed 40%.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was impressed about how outgoing the branch manager and district manager were. I was also impressed with the endless possibilities for promotions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together to achieve goals. We are in a competitive industry but we want our branch as a whole to do well, not just one team member.
