What do you like best about the leadership team?
Committed to the vision and purpose. Honest and hardworking. Humble and Hopeful.
Great leadership team that has many quality people.
Motivational, friendly and good communicators.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is very little support from leadership. They cherry pick the projects they want to help and be involved in. When there are disputes between departments or teams, they turn a blind eye. Several times Ive overheard leadership say to not bother them and work it out yourself
Don't know what to say to people that are completely oblivious and worse yet, defensive about any constructive feedback
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Growing company increases compensation every year.
Very milestone driven. Aligns incentives. As the company is growing my compensation has been growing equivalently.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is way below industry standard. "Socialness" and "Friends outside of work" will only go too far
What are some of the best things about your team?
Talented and focused. Friendly people who care about me.
Always trying to get better.
Feels like a family. The team is extremely talented across the board. Work is fun so it's easy to be motivated to work hard.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not everyone's life revolve around social life and gossips. You know some people actually have pride in their chosen field of career
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Free and discounted product is great
Positive environment to work in and trying to do good throughout the year.
Everyone is valued and respected from the CEO to our entry level team. Leadership is really smart and has lots of integrity.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Develop more processes and documentation instead of relying on a few individuals. Remember that human opinions are far from reliable to guage at health of the company or the team. Pay people well and don't force them into socials and expect that will be enough to cover for it

Too many rounds of interviews

What makes you most happy at work?
Raising money for charity and the community.
Depends on the day. Usually new challenges and everything is tied to a greater purpose than just myself.
Giving back to the community.
Feeling a sense of purpose, seeing us grow so fast, working with people I love and a mission I believe in.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is literally nothing that makes Onehope wine stand out besides a lot of marketing gimmicks and overcompensating package designs
