ONEOK is a great company to work for with great people, benifits are good, but could be better. I have found some departments are better than others as far as being an entire team company wide.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was part of an integration and did not have to interview.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I get to work with! I also have responsibilities that challenge me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We currenntly have a great leadership team whom is trying to bring numerous aquisitons over the past few years together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I do more than what my role and title list me as. I feel I my work description is not accurate
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I work for is amazing! I wouldn't want to be on a different team. At the end of the day, no matter what team you are on, we are all considered ONE
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are very involved with public charities and dedicate a month each year to volunteer work that you can get incintives for. We are all in this together and the majority of our employeea are trying to make that show with positivity and encouragement
