Listening to employees. When all of operations is struggling with hiring and keeping its employees, you would think management woild take a look in the mirror
Follow the rules and the code of business conduct
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The increase in quartly profit-sharing.
Benefits are nice. The pay not so much
Getting paid, the 6% matching 401k

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are always willing to help out in anyway. They support my development and growth.
The employees get along and work well with each other. Due to management, there are only a few good employees left

treating new comers with dignity and respect

The good coworkers, and how a day can be slow, but we find things to work on
