What do you like best about the leadership team?
We currenntly have a great leadership team whom is trying to bring numerous aquisitons over the past few years together.

Everyone is available when needed.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to employees. When all of operations is struggling with hiring and keeping its employees, you would think management woild take a look in the mirror
Follow the rules and the code of business conduct
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The increase in quartly profit-sharing.
Benefits are nice. The pay not so much
Getting paid, the 6% matching 401k
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I do more than what my role and title list me as. I feel I my work description is not accurate

What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I work for is amazing! I wouldn't want to be on a different team. At the end of the day, no matter what team you are on, we are all considered ONE

They are always willing to help out in anyway. They support my development and growth.
The employees get along and work well with each other. Due to management, there are only a few good employees left
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
treating new comers with dignity and respect
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are very involved with public charities and dedicate a month each year to volunteer work that you can get incintives for. We are all in this together and the majority of our employeea are trying to make that show with positivity and encouragement

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management likes to micro manage everything
Focus on respecting remembers and treating the whole team with respect

I was part of an integration and did not have to interview.
