The team spirit, the executive team who doesn't lord over their team, and treats each member of the organization as a valuable colleague.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Maybe the lack of work-life balance, but other than that, we're good. :) I wish he'd take care of himself better as we don't want to lose a good leader.
