Salary can be pretty arbitrary and 100% affected by how many of the people who voted you in really really like you.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Teammates are very busy jockeying for terf and playing up to their favorite VP’s so they are in the best situation before the IP
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Remember when you were a small team and knew everything about everyone? When everyone was just like you? You’re not small anymore and you must stop fixating on trying to bring in only employees who look a certain way and are willing to chant your mantra
