I like working here. Available resources and processes in place are the most advanced and sophisticated I've seen in my field. Collaboration and communication among departments is really good. Extremely fast paced, need to slow down and better analyze before jumping to action at times

OneStream is very serious about Work Hard Play Hard. You will absolutely work hard here. But you only get to play hard if you look and act like everyone around you. Very supportive of their employees as long as we keep up the social and regular media preIPO “happy team” party l

Fantastic, not much I could change

They teally do care about each employee. Its not just talk.

I like how there isn't an antiquated hierarchy structure where you feel like you can't ask leadership questions without having 3 tiers of approval. Everyone treats everyone like humans on the same level working toward a common goal

They have both the business leadership, the technical and functional understanding, and long-term vision to take our company to becoming a major enterprise SaaS player.

Remember when you were a small team and knew everything about everyone? When everyone was just like you? You’re not small anymore and you must stop fixating on trying to bring in only employees who look a certain way and are willing to chant your mantra

Competitive pay. They are a bit stingy with options though.

Salary is great, health insurance could be much better and include more coverage for mental health services and adoptions

Salary can be pretty arbitrary and 100% affected by how many of the people who voted you in really really like you.

They all want to help, but everyone is over worked and stretched too thin. Direction are changing on a weekly bases

Everyone is pretty authentic and works hard toward a common goal. Really cool to work with co workers all across the globe. Environment is very welcoming of new ideas and ways of doing things if there is a better solution

It feels like a very big family and they do so many personal things to keep everyone connected, build relationships, foster a community here.

I liked how thorough interviewing was. They really take time to find the right candidates for the culture and position. Prompt follow up from HR along the way
