It is the greatest work place in Canada. We support colleagues and treat them as friend, caring of them.

We communicate well with each other. We focus on helping and supporting each one and especially new hires. We have fun, we celebrate victories and success and we support each other face to failures.

A fair compensation review process. A clear career path. Pay is not competitive is this fierce world post-covid Understand and react to my need as Onliner (good compensation {reward for my efforts} which evolves yearly, being recognized and valued, engaged and RETAINED)
