We work as a team and everybody is always very polite and cheerful. Everybody is happy everyday.

The flexibility to be assigned to a customer that matches our expectations and has the same work style.

They are really concerned about us and do everything to retain our team. Also, we are continuously innovating, which is great.

We care for each other, have each other's back, and have fun when possible. Also, they are very supportive and always with a smile on their face.

I do like the leadership team because they are committed, effective and people-focused. They rely on us, practicing our values and encouraging us to do the same for the clients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe I have enough experience to be paid as a Senior professional, although I'm new at Online. I'm providing a senior-level service to my current client, and I'm currently trying to achieve all requirements to be recognized at a higher level.
