Make wages better in line with the "ACTUAL" rising costs and not from a standard general raise model

People generally do care about each other and help each other our. Again mgmt needs to take what people say a little more seriously

Our dept team is good to work with. We generally manage things on our own very well. The management side of this really needs improving.
