I feel we have a great leadership team. I feel I could approach anyone with ideas or suggestions and they would listen. There is vey much a team approach to all aspects. Everyone is willing step up and help each other and help people grow within the company.

The compassion and drive to help everyone be successful. They are visible and not just a name and title.
What makes you most happy at work?
The positive environment. The positive feedback from manager etc. Knowing my job and learning new things and feedback to let you know you are doing well. Being remote I get to spend time with family and my fur babies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The open communication from leadership on down. I love the sharing channels on SLACK; meetings, gatherings, family photos, support of different organizations or projects. Makes you feel more connected when you see people on a daily basis. Recognition of a job well done. Celebrating milestones.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have an awesome manager and team lead! Both are willing to assist in anyway they can. It is not always easy to learn remote, but they have done an outstanding job. Still have things to learn and look forward to it. Sharing responsibilities with the team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I LOVED my interview process. They found me on LinkedIn and pursued me. The interview process went quickly. I had 4 separate interviews and they all went very well. The process took about 2 weeks total. They told me they like to move quick when they find someone they like and they did!
