We have an awesome manager and team lead! Both are willing to assist in anyway they can. It is not always easy to learn remote, but they have done an outstanding job. Still have things to learn and look forward to it. Sharing responsibilities with the team.

Very collaborative. Our team really works together and that's encouraged by upper management.
We are a nationwide company, so our team is very spread out, but we use Slack to communicate. People share stories, photos, and have conversations around DE&I topics. It is great when the company brings us all together.
