Not on a draw! Base + Commission!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy the diversity of the culture, the acceptance of my colleagues and outgoing/comfortable environment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Fast, Easy and Open Communication. Also, meeting with different levels throughout the team which helps get an idea of the culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
Team/Relationship building, whether formal or informal such as a joke being shared on the floor or sharing pictures (especially on the pet channel!)
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work hard, and at the same time it is enjoyable being around my co-workers and team leaders. We collaborate, give feedback, share laughs and have lunch & learns!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open communication - keeping the employees up to date on what is happening, what is in the works and future plans. Relationship/Team building - It's so nice knowing everyone from interns to the CEO. It's like Cheer's - where everyone knows your name!
