- What do you like best about the leadership team?The Ooze leadership team leads by example. They embody the Ooze Values and Principles. They operate with integrity and transparency. I also love that we have a culture of co-leadership so everyone's voice is heard when making important decisions.
- What are some of the best things about your team?We share the same values and principles. The Ooze Studios team communicates and collaborates effectively with one another in an established remote work environment. We also have fun together and get along well.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?Ooze Studios has offered me the best compensation package compared to other remote work employers that I've worked with in the past. The company has an annual growth review that allows for positive adjustments to our wages, which I believe is a great thing.

- What would you most like to see improved at your company?As with any growing company, there's always going to be room for improvement. At Ooze we constantly optimise our current processes. I feel that what I can do to improve the company further is to help in developing a knowledgebase or wiki that can help people find resources quickly.
