What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock Options were offered after a certain amount of time
Shares, Commission & great incentives like Presidents Club and company parties.
Good commission on top of a good basic salary.
My salary and bonus is comprehensive.

Yes, but i would like better pay

Very helpful and willing to go out their way to explain things
The team is very diverse and hungry for success. Everyone is driving towards the same goal.

Team culture has been strong
The alignment between team members and cultural fit. Everybody works towards the same objectives without having their own agenda.

Moving up the career path and the ability to progress

Being able to work from home ... for rhe meantime
