Mr. Jeffrey J. Alfano has been the Chief Financial Officer and Principal Financial & Accounting Officer at Oppenheimer Holdings Inc. since May 2011 and March 29, 2013 respectively. Mr. Alfano serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Advantage Advisers Management LLC and at Advantage Advisers Multi-Manager, L.L.C.
