I feel like the Summary team deserves a raise, we are doing multiple things now not just summary cases and have not had a raise in a while. Also our commission has been cut in half since the last time it was adjusted.

It's clear that we do a lot of work that doesn't match the pay we receive. It isn't worth the stress and pressure we're put under at times, it feels like we're being taken advantage of because no one is saying anything or taking the issue seriously. We settle for the bare minimum to avoid conflict.

A lot of promotion that does not seems to make sense. I feel I have more experience and capabilities, and was not given the opty or was aware it was available. Being bilingual puts me at a disatvantage, my capabilities surpass the language barerier. I wish I had more opportunity to show my worth.
