What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a high turnover of employees. Employees feel mistreated, and when someone quits it falls on the rest of the team. Manager never sees an issue or a reason to compensate whomever stays to aid, so everyone wants to leave constantly.
there is little to no communication.
Talent retention, c suite ambiguity, high employee turnover, poor compensation, no room for promotion.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
A manager that appreciates his employees by showing it and not just saying it. Ppl need to feel the appreciation to give 100% every day.
