They are passionate abiit helping others and helping you with your goals as a coach
Willing to answer any questions
management is great. Executives don't care that each and every single one of us is struggling so hard just to pay our bills every month.
Being supportive , honest and providing exemplary behavior.
Letting people with different styles of member engagement grow. This company looks for super hyper activate engery when engaging with members. Not allowing people with more relaxed form of engagment with members to grow.
Communication and making sure we have the proper cleaning supplies for the studio.
Everything about them needs improvement
Review from Sales Dept
being consistent and having communication. also they need to hold studios that aren't following corporate rules accountable.
I have a matched 401k plan
The 401k and the matching.
There is no cap on commission
Goal are ambitious but achievable.
i get a free membership

I wish we got holiday pay (even an extra $1/hour), I wish we were paid at least $16/hour and I wish full-time employees were allowed to work over 40 hours and get paid overtime. When asked to do extra such as run social media - there should also be added pay for the added responsibilites
Zero benefits, health insurance, 401k.
The company doesnt have enough room for more staff, so they pile on more work ,however doesnt justify compensation. Overall dead end job with very little growth, since its 1 person observing you and if they dont like you ,they wont promote you. No matter how good you might be.
poor benefits. I would love to be full time at otf but i can not and have to work two other jobs because the pay and benefits are so horrible.
Doing studio manager duties with an assistant manager wage.
They are once a month and we have a strict agenda to keep tue meetings timely
The people! The people here are great - I look forward to seeing coworkers and members everyday
Fun energy. Coaches are clearly passionate about what they do
It was like a family. Meetings were always a productive little party and we cared about each other.
Review from Sales Dept
work very well as a team and are extremely supportive
Everyone is concerned for their personal well being and showing off before the executive team, to get on their good side less so with actually being beneficial.
Our owners have an open door police and encourage constructive feedback in a regular basis to make sure they have a health working envirinment
Review from Sales Dept
Sence of trust and our owners have an open door policy
the support from other coworkers and the connection with members. It really does feel like its own little community
i love the members .
the team aspect of always having each other back to ensure that we are getting what we need to get done, done.
I think thats something out of anyones control. Its the staffs mindsets that need shifting.
Review from Sales Dept
there needs to be better communication and it starts from the very top
More transparency from the c suite and the CEO as well as investment in current employees salaries and training to retain the talent.
DIVERSITY and better manangers. Seems like no one cares for anything but sales
The interview took place reqlly fast after I applied and i received a job chexo liat.
It was more casual - more like a conversation
I didnt have a formal interview. I just filled out an application and then got told when my first day would be.
Review from Sales Dept
They promised quick growth opportunities, however it was false..
it was quick easy comfortable and done
I am not sure, I did not have a formal interview
I love our members and my team.
Coaching and connecting with members
It's a very happy and upbeat atmosphere
Seeing members happy and comfortable being there <3
Review from Sales Dept
Engaging wirh members and making them feel welcomed and seen.
There is a high turnover of employees. Employees feel mistreated, and when someone quits it falls on the rest of the team. Manager never sees an issue or a reason to compensate whomever stays to aid, so everyone wants to leave constantly.
there is little to no communication.
Talent retention, c suite ambiguity, high employee turnover, poor compensation, no room for promotion.
A manager that appreciates his employees by showing it and not just saying it. Ppl need to feel the appreciation to give 100% every day.
