Mr. Jack E. Jerrett has been Senior Vice President of OraSure Technologies, Inc. since February 2003 and has been its General Counsel since November 2000 and Secretary since February 2001. Mr. Jerrett served as a Vice President of OraSure Technologies since joining in November 2000. He served in the positions of Associate General Counsel and Senior Counsel at PPL Electric Utilities Corporation since July 1998. He served as Senior Corporate Attorney of Union Pacific Corporation and an Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. He is a Member of the Pennsylvania Bar and the American Bar Association. Mr. Jerrett received his B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University and his J.D. from the Villanova University School of Law.
