Ronald H. Spair has served as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of OraSure Technologies, Inc., a diagnostic and medical device company headquartered in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, since September 2006, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since November 2001. Since 2013, Mr. Spair has also served on the board of Life Science ??? PA, which was formerly known as Pennsylvania Biotechnology Association), a state trade association for the life sciences community in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a chartered global management accountant and holds an MBA from Rider College.
