- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Team success is always first and celebrated.
- What are some of the best things about your team?The sales team is full of people that are rooting for each other. Despite getting split into three different teams where some have more success than others I felt that everyone still celebrated success.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?The pay probably isn't competitive in the SaaS industry. This is compounded in sales because the goals are so high and people rarely hit goal. Otherwise 401k match is decent.
