Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership feels accessible since the company is still small. You'll see them around the office and they're always present at big meetings. Dave Dutch is pretty awesome.
The leadership team at OrderMyGear actually sees people as people. Their transparency with employees about the company helps us know where the company is going and understand our roles within it.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay probably isn't competitive in the SaaS industry. This is compounded in sales because the goals are so high and people rarely hit goal. Otherwise 401k match is decent.
Compensated more than fairly for not only my role but also industry standard

What are some of the best things about your team?
The sales team is full of people that are rooting for each other. Despite getting split into three different teams where some have more success than others I felt that everyone still celebrated success.
