I used to enjoy my job but over the past few years we have under gone ownership changes and management changes and now it has become a terrible place to what it once was, unfortunate. They keep trying to hire people then they lay them off. There has been 3 or 4 layoffs in past 6 years.

Stop the lying to employees and better communication
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits and company match are good but I imagine it will not be long until they stop the company match
