What do you like best about the leadership team?
All of them are great and caring!
They have a clear strategy on how to grow the business.
They're authentic and accessible. They make an effort to get to know Team Members at every level.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen, evolve , listen, change
Stop the lying to employees and better communication
The direct plant supervisors don't know the jobs they are responsible for.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pension match is still surprisingly fair
The benefits and company match are good but I imagine it will not be long until they stop the company match
The Bonus program and equity.

All the different personalities of all ages working together
We collaborate and support each other. Excellent team. We've gone through a lot
Everyone is so cool and outstanding!

Being team players and work together. Stop being so cutthroat.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People in the floor over the years
Team that works together well even without all the resources we need.
There is absolutely no office politics here, doesn't work. High performers are recognized and reward. People don't get into a lot of petty drama.
