I felt undervalued because the president of the company assured me of a higher starting pay rate than what I was offered in my contract. When I inquired about this discrepancy, they used my lack of non-freelance as the reason.
I'm not a yes-man. That's what they want. If we were trained better to how their system actually works, and actually held people in management accountable and not point the blame at the lower level positions, this company may actually get somewhere
Need to get paid for all of the extra hours put in during the week and for on-call work
