Despite doing the work of at least 3 people and the fact that I trained my manager, I was constantly micromanaged, undermined by immediate management, and under compensated.

Not good. You get pinged all sorts of hours into the night for stuff that can wait or for irrelevant things that no one wants to look up when the answers are there. The stress is at 11 on a 1-10. Management in all positions are inadequate and don't educate. Extremely dysfunctional organization

Horrible place to work with no regard for their employees

They need to bring in experienced people that know how to run a business and more importantly, TRUST them. The management here will be the cause for the inevitable crash and burn if they don't start organizing themselves and know what they want and how to deliver it

I felt undervalued because the president of the company assured me of a higher starting pay rate than what I was offered in my contract. When I inquired about this discrepancy, they used my lack of non-freelance as the reason.

I'm not a yes-man. That's what they want. If we were trained better to how their system actually works, and actually held people in management accountable and not point the blame at the lower level positions, this company may actually get somewhere

Need to get paid for all of the extra hours put in during the week and for on-call work

My coworkers were fun, funny, enthusiastic to learn, helpful, collaborative, and the best part of coming to work.

Everyone for the most part are great to work with. Friendly and fun people but we try to make the best of an insanely stressful environment

The direct team is great and with actual training the other departments might do better. Everyone is just expected to know everything and get it done

Friendly colleagues and decent pay

Hire more people stop dumping more work on techs train employees and get better leads

Upper management needs to figure out how to better organize themselves. Comes from top down, if they clean up their act they'll see better results in the lower levels

All they care about is money and pocketing it. They lie to the employees and clients about everything. Account managers are no where to be found until the client wants to break contract then they are all over you.
