How employees describe working at OS33
Despite doing the work of at least 3 people and the fact that I trained my manager, I was constantly micromanaged, undermined by immediate management, and under compensated.
Not good. You get pinged all sorts of hours into the night for stuff that can wait or for irrelevant things that no one wants to look up when the answers are there. The stress is at 11 on a 1-10. Management in all positions are inadequate and don't educate. Extremely dysfunctional organization
Horrible place to work with no regard for their employees

If you do nothing and slack off you will get promoted. This is a good place to get some experience and get out. You will get no training and no help from anyone. They set you up to fail and if you do stay your workload will increase with every employee that leaves. They lie to their employees and Customers and try to get as much money for their own personal benefits. They are constantly doing shady things that make it so you have to work more for no extra money.

The pay is great that is the one thing they have going for them. Insurance is horrible with extremely high deductibles.
