Despite doing the work of at least 3 people and the fact that I trained my manager, I was constantly micromanaged, undermined by immediate management, and under compensated.
Not good. You get pinged all sorts of hours into the night for stuff that can wait or for irrelevant things that no one wants to look up when the answers are there. The stress is at 11 on a 1-10. Management in all positions are inadequate and don't educate. Extremely dysfunctional organization

What's the vibe like in the IT dept at OS33? How many hours are you working?
Depressed over worked and understaffed. most employees are miserable depending on the team they are in. Most weeks are 68 hour work week
What's the IT team like at OS33?
Most of the employees are nice even though the managers pile on work and make them work extra hours or shifts with no extra pay. Other employees only look out for themselves and will stab you in the back the 1st chance they can get
How's the leadership on the IT team at OS33?
Leadership could be the worst I have ever worked with. They hire people off the streets that know nothing or friends of friends. Some of the managers could not cut it in other roles but got promoted instead of fired
How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at OS33?
There is no chance. They speak of work + Life but they feel that work should be your life
