Great place to work. If you want to make a change in departments and learn new things, it can take some time but well worth it. I enjoy my job and like my management team. I have been here a long time and this year was finally able to switch departments. I am excited to be learning something new.

Positive work environment. Need to streamline services between teams.

There’s not a lot of transparency when it comes to salary and I get the feeling that they will sometimes try to start you at the lowest pay for a certain position even if your work is really worth more. There needs to be more transparency and fair base; they should advertise the salary range to u

Cohesive group that works well together and supports each other. People are very open to receive feedback. When you make a mistake, they will let you know in a nice way so you can fix your mistake

The team interviewing process was great. The recruiter stated Oscar does not reward degrees, which sound negative because I have certifications and degrees that I wanted noted and compensated

The interview process and background check are very detailed. As a result, my co-workers are well qualified for the positions they were hired for.

The cross-functional nature of the interview process, I met with people across various teams which was great.

Although the interview process was long, the Recruiting team made an effort to coordinate everything all in one day so that it didn't require me to come back multiple times to meet other people in the organization.

Too many interviews. Hiring by comittee is both a waste of the candidates time and company

Clear feedback for internal candidates who do not get the role applied for.

Ability to work independently but receive feedback when needed, as well as being able to ask questions and not worried about asking about what you may not know

Working remotely is important to me because I have serious mobility issues.

I like that I am challenged each day, taking on new projects and assignments that I haven't had exposure to in the past.
