We are able to work remotely and go into an office whenever we want if we have an office located close in the area

The fact that I interviewed with the people I would be reporting to when I started at Oscar
The team interviewing process was great. The recruiter stated Oscar does not reward degrees, which sound negative because I have certifications and degrees that I wanted noted and compensated
The interview process and background check are very detailed. As a result, my co-workers are well qualified for the positions they were hired for.
The cross-functional nature of the interview process, I met with people across various teams which was great.
Although the interview process was long, the Recruiting team made an effort to coordinate everything all in one day so that it didn't require me to come back multiple times to meet other people in the organization.
Too many interviews. Hiring by comittee is both a waste of the candidates time and company
