Ignacio A. Cortina — Executive VP, General Counsel & Secretary at Oshkosh Corporation

Mr. Ignacio A. Cortina has been an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Oshkosh Corporation since November 2016 and since October 15, 2015 respectively and served as its Senior Vice President until 2016. Mr. Cortina served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Oshkosh Corporation until October 15, 2015. He has management responsibilities for legal matters at the Oshkosh Corporation's Access Equipment segment. Additionally, Mr. Cortina has responsibility for litigation, product safety and environmental affairs and sustainability. He has been with the Oshkosh Corporation since 2003. Prior to his current role, Mr. Cortina worked in the Access Equipment segment with roles of increasing responsibility, including Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Prior to joining Oshkosh, Mr. Cortina was in private practice in Washington D.C.at Hudson Cook, LLP. He is admitted to the Maryland and D.C. Bar and is registered as a Wisconsin In-House Counsel. Mr. Cortina has a bachelor's degree in political science from James Madison University and earned his law degree from the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University.
