What do you like best about the leadership team?
They get excited about the future and are willing to let go of setbacks
They are people driven and back all development and success.
They are great people who support you and encourage growth and education with their employees.
They are all very intelligent and good people
My Boss has helped our group maintain a great work/life balance. Our CIO has tried to implement a new structure plan however our upper management does not seem to understand it and have failed in implementing it effectively.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The paid time off and benedits are amazing
I don't receive any. Been a contractor for 2.5 years
Dental plan is great. We got traded down however this year on our medical/vision benefits so now we are paying more for worse benefits than what we had last year.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Wages have not kept with inflation of the market. We have lost a large percentage of our experienced workers to retirement and competition.
Compete with the rest of the market and start training employees again. Its suppose to be SKILLED LABOR POSITIONS!
I believe this is an issue of gender inequality.
The wage should reflect the responsibilities one may have. As a salaried employee the fact you are working for a great company should be reflected in your wages as well. You want to be able to feel like your value is taken seriously. It drives people to engage and feel appreciated for thir work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are motivated, hard-working, and eager to do a good job. Plus they're fundamemtally good people.
My team works amazing together if you need help they will help you
We are strong and work for eachother
We have a fun working environment where no one takes themselves to seriously. Everyone has a joke or a story and we all know each other on even a small personal level which contributes to having a great team dynamic.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is people first (situationally) and they give generously to the community.
That we are a people first company.
We are told people first however upper management hasn't quite figured out what that means. On the flip side though I happen to work with a boss that fully understands it and helps his employees maintain a great balance.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Have meetings again and try to get the union and the company to work together. ie... HRs job!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I have been employed so long I no longer remember the interview process. I do remember taking the test and performing well on them.
It was pretty straight forward
It was quick and I felt like the company wanted me and my skills to be part of the team.
Quick and easy. Not too many question.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Just getting that interview or call back was the hardest part. And if that spot wasn't a fit they would show you others that may work for you
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with good people to make their jobs better.
Being part of the team I work with and knowing I can advance from within just by being good at my job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much focus on profit and not enough on actual quality. The number of experienced workers who are skilled and care about quality are decreasing drastically. Better wages and more focus on quality needs to be instituted before this effects sales.
