I love this company. Wow!
Used to be a good place to work. Now they literally steal from the employers every chance they get. They recently stole approximately $8M worth of vacation from their Pierce employees. Wages have stagnated and anyone close to retirement is running for the door.
Have meetings again and try to get the union and the company to work together. ie... HRs job!
