Mr. James Christopher Freeders also known as Chris has been Principal Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller of Oshkosh Corporation since March 6, 2017. Mr. Freeders served as Vice President of Finance and Assistant Controller at Oshkosh Corporation since 2011 until March 6, 2017, where Mr. Freeders joined in 2005. Mr. Freeders primary responsibilities include external audit and financial reporting, accounting research and financial support of corporate operations. Mr. Freeders held various positions in Finance including Senior Director of Financial Reporting and Director of Financial Reporting, where his primary areas of responsibilities were accounting research and external reporting. Mr. Freeders served for PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1992 to 2005. He was an Audit Senior Manager and coordinated audits of private and public companies. While at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Freeders spent three years on assignment in Dusseldorf, Germany. Mr. Freeders holds a Master'S of Business Administration from UW-Oshkosh and a Bachelor'S of Business Administration degree in Accounting from UW-Whitewater. He received his certified public accountant certification in 1994.
